Every step of our cleaning process is designed with your home’s preservation in mind. Rather than blasting surfaces with high pressure, we use soft-bristle brushes on extendable water-fed poles to scrub away dirt, grime and organic growth. We’ve learned that to achieve optimal results, you actually have to come into physical contact with the debris – simply applying a cleaning solution and rinsing doesn’t cut it.

Our three-step house washing process is very straightforward, and each step contributes to the final result:

• Apply the appropriate cleaning solution – Simple Green for general dirt, a bleach-based solution for organic growth.
• Agitated debris with a water-fed pole and a soft-bristle.
• Rinse with a gentle garden hose 

We also detach and clean any window screens using our Xero Screen Cleaner, ensuring all elements of the house get addressed and cared for properly.
