We had pane pros come to our house today to clean our solar panels. Kwade showed up on time, he was very polite and professional. He was very thorough and efficient our panels are sparkling and the price was very reasonable. We highly recommend using pane pros for cleaning your panels.

Just had Daniel come over to clean my gutters, he was on time and sent reminders. got estimate in a few hours after I contacted him. His price was very reasonable I will definitely use his company again for my skylight cleaning and gutter cleaning jobs. He cleaned inside the gutters and outside.

After seeing a guy scrubbing with soap the facade of a sushi restaurant on 9th avenue, I knew what I needed. I forwent the water pressure option and by grace I found Big City Softwash. Getting in touch with someone to talk to about the project and simply get an estimate with a booking date soon enough is a refreshing streamlined experience. The work was well done. The tourette was a bit of a challenge to reach and that was the part that needed to be addressed, but he was able to reach it, scrub it and make it shine, along with the rest of the facade. The house looks fresh and clean, finally, once again.

Daniel is a consummate professional! We hired Big City Softwash to clean our backyard fencing and three story back staircase and are thrilled with the result. I’ve included a photo of a small section of the fence during the softwash treatment to show the difference. It’s amazing – like getting a new fence! Daniel is communicative, prompt, and thorough, and his pricing is extremely competitive and fair. We plan to hire Big City Softwash again to do our windows later this spring!

I highly recommend Big City Softwash to wash your house exterior, windows, and solar panels. Daniel, the owner, was a total professional. He communicated well, was punctual, and did a great job for us. He washed off all the dirt, mold, mildew, and lichen from our house, windows, and decks with his soft wash and power washer. Gross stuff that we could not have done on our own. Our house looks great! We plan to have him come at least once a year. It should keep our house looking new, preserve our paint job, and likely help prevent exterior rot. Thank you, Big City Softwash!

Clear to me he knows this business, explained what services he would provide and then carefully followed through on each step according to plan. Left everything in good order before leaving. Daniel has been a delight to work with, very professional and friendly. He is very knowledgeable in his domain and gave us the best advice on the most practical and efficient approach for our exterior house wash. Very diligent about safety and water efficiency, and understands the city requirements to deal with dirty water runoff. Great service all around, punctual and effective, our home looks brand new without a fresh coat of paint! He also provided pressure washing services and we were very satisfied with the outcome. Highly recommend for exterior washing or even exterior window cleaning!
