An exterior pure water window cleaning is already included as part of the house washing process. When you get a house wash, there won’t be a separate line item for window cleaning because it’s already included.

Not necessarily. Since we scrub the house with a soft bristle brush on a water-fed pole, there’s no dirt left behind for the rain to “wash down” and redeposit onto the house. In other words, the rain itself won’t cause the house to become dirty again. However, if it’s raining on our scheduled cleaning day, we will have to reschedule due to weather.

Unfortunately, we are not currently able to wash houses that are 4 stories or higher. This is due to safety and access limitations. In the future, we plan on getting a truck with a boom lift to accommodate 4+ story homes.

Never. We pre-rinse the plants and landscaping prior to applying the bleach solution (which is already pre-diluded with water). Then we rinse the plants again during and after the bleach application. It biodegrades within hours of being applied, especially with exposure to water and sunlight. Pair this with our careful application, and no problems will arise.
